Did you know that John Lloyd Cruz got irritated at his fellow Kanto Boys in the past?
Vhong Navarro, Luis Manzano, and Billy Crawford reminisced about their defunct group during the November 15 episode of Magandang Buhay.
When asked if they experienced tampuhan within the group, they revealed that they had a "tampuhan" issue with John Lloyd because of the choreography of their production numbers.
Billy recalled that John Lloyd felt annoyed whenever he and Vhong changed the choreography of their dance, a few hours before their appearance on ASAP.
"May i-ilang beses lang talaga na nagtampo si Lloydy sa atin. Yung lagi natin binabago yung choreo."
Vhong explained: "Kasi ang unang nagre-rehearse eto [Luis] madalas. Grabe 'to, perfect niya! Perfect yung routine.
"Tapos si Lloydy yung pangalawa, tapos pag ako kasi huli minsan at saka eto [Billy] binabago pa namin.
"Siyempre, may maiisip ka pang idagdag sa choreo para mapaganda.
"Mabu-bwiset siya kasi nag-aral sila ng maaga tapos babaguhin namin pag kami nahuli.
Luis narrated, "Two hours before ng performance, babaguhin pa namin yun!"
Billy added, "Si Lloydy nagso-soap siya, nagmu-movie siya. Late yun pag calltime namin na 7:30, 8 [AM]. Darating yun mga 9:30, 10 o'clock. Papasok, naka-shades.
"Tapos, eto tatayo, sasabihin, 'May binago...' "[Mapapamura siya ng], 'Anak ng...! Ayoko nang gawin ito, e!'"
Luis then addressed the Kapamilya actor who is on indefinite leave, "We love you, Lloydy!"
The Kanto Boys had their own segment in the ABS-CBN Sunday variety show ASAP in the past. They became known for their funny dance numbers that were notorious for not being synchronized.
"Apat ang choreographers namin," quipped Vhong about their varying dance steps.
