Celebrities from ABS-CBN are set to dominate the opening ceremonies of the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games on November 30.
According to a report posted by ABS-CBN’s news website on November 23, some of the performers at the opening ceremonies include: KZ Tandingan, Iñigo Pascual, Lani Misalucha, Christian Bautista, Aicelle Santos, Jed Madela, Elmo Magalona, The TNT Boys, Ana Fegi, and Robert Seña.
The Filipino performers will be joined on stage at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan by Black Eyed Peas member, Filipino-American Apl.d.Ap.
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach will be one of the Filipina beauty queens gracing the event.
Floy Quintos, the SEA Games opening ceremonies’ creative director, said it is “envisioned as a showcase of the enduring aspects of Philippine traditional and contemporary culture.”
